Description

Lace can be very scary for even a seasoned knitter. There are charts and yarn overs and everything has to be in just the right place or it will never work. There is truth to all of that, but lace doesn't need to be scary if you have a good first piece. In Beginning Lace the piece is worked only in the knit stitch, no purling. Yes there are still yarn overs and we will use a chart, but I will teach how to use the chart, stitch markers and life lines. Before we get that far though, we will discuss needle and yarn selection and the best cast on for blocking.
