Description
Learn to use Cellini techniques in an even-count flat peyote design to make this eye-catching, lightweight and flexible necklace. The pattern uses a variety of different size and shape Japanese seed beads. You will work on tension and how to terminate a flat peyote design using the sleek sliding end bar so you can finish your piece successfully. You will also learn the instructor’s quick and easy method for adding new thread.

Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with flat peyote and how to read a Word Pattern. Students must be able to work with 15/0 seed beads and be able to hold a tight tension for extended periods while working.

Kit includes premium round and demi-round Japanese seed beads in 8/0, 11/0, 15/0 sizes, sliding end bars, jump rings, and magnetic clasp.
Supplies Students Must Bring
6lb or 8lb Fireline (or your favorite beading thread), needle, bead mat, scissors, and pliers. Optional: Thread burner, task lamp, magnifiers or reading glasses if necessary.
