Description
Create this show-stopping necklace by playing with tension and bead sizes as you stitch. You’ll combine tubular herringbone stitch with alternating bead sizes to create a structural spiral necklace with pearls that seem to “float” among the rings. Different construction ideas are included so you can customize the design of your own structural necklace.

Prerequisites
Students should be able to use tiny 15/0 seed beads and hold tight tension for extended periods.

Supplies Students Must Bring
6lb Fireline (or favorite beading thread), needle, scissors, and bead mat. Optional: Thread burner, jewelry pliers, task lamp, magnifiers or reading glasses if necessary.
