Gustavo Ramos is a Brazilian-American artist whose oil paintings have received national and international awards, including Royal Talens' “The Year of Rembrandt” Award, in 2022, which included a the display of his work at the Rijksmuseum. Gustavo has studied oil painting at Southern Virginia University and the Florence Academy of Art. His work has been featured in a number of art publications, including Artist's Magazine and Southwest Art , where he was included in their list of "21 Under 31: Young Artists to Buy Now." The artist recently stepped into the role of educator, teaching workshops at the Scottsdale Artists School, as well as serving as a guest lecturer in an online event hosted by Artists Network in 2022.
