CONTRACTOR INFORMATION
General Exposition Services is our contractor for Bead Fest. Additional tables and chairs can be ordered through them, as well as advance shipping options if you need that service. Click Here to read their Exhibitor Instruction Letter.

LOAD-IN PROCEDURE
- On move-in day you will be going to LCCC Loading Dock, 65 S Christian Street, Lancaster PA 17602. You can find the loading dock map HERE.
- We will have security guards with the list of exhibitors and when they are unloading. Once they have checked you in you may proceed with unloading.
- Arrive at the unloading area at time of selected unloading. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your move in slot.
- Each time slot is 45 minutes. This is unload ONLY please. You will be asked to pull into the first available parking spot, unload your vehicle (leaving all materials at the loading area), park your car in parking lot, come back and move materials from loading area to booth
- The venue does not provide carts, please be sure to bring your own cart, hand truck, or item on wheels to be able to get your items to your booth.
