IMPORTANT FORMS

Load-In Procedure:

• This year vendors will need to sign-up for an unloading time.
• About 4 weeks prior to move-in you will receive an email which is how and when you will be able to sign up for a move-in spot. If a vendor has not signed up by March 29th a 􀆟me slot will be selected for you from the remaining availability.
• Time slots will be 45 minutes. This is unload ONLY. You will be asked to pull into the first available parking spot, unload your vehicle (leaving all materials at the loading area), park your car in the parking lot and come back and move materials from loading area to booth
• The venue does have carts, but they are limited and available on a first come, first served basis so we suggest you come with the items you need to move your booth in

Load-Out Procedure:

• There will NOT have slots for people to sign up for when it comes to the move-out.
• Please pack your booth completely before pulling your vehicle up to pack it.
